• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• Payment: You agree to provide accurate payment information. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are not responsible for their errors.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are not binding until we send a confirmation email. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, with a full refund.

• Ownership: All content on the Site, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by BTCTees or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without written permission.
• User Content: If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Site.

• Shipping: We ship to addresses provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring accuracy. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times and costs.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

• As-Is Basis: The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTCTees’ total liability for any claim arising from the Site or products shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our operations. Sections 3, 5, 6, and 9–11 survive termination.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive objections to venue or jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BTCTees.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
